Role in the project

CNH will take the role to be the "Supplier of agricultural vehicles and robots; end-user" It will investigate and develop concept vehicles that will autonomously move throughout the mission fields. CNH has currently GPS guidance (Intellisteer) solutions, laser and corn row guidance systems on the market for its arable machinery and will based on this expertise built further together with the other partners the guidance solutions for use in agricultural and forestry applications. The experience of CNH with ISO bus will contribute in the project to have the robot easily adapt new tools to perform its job.
